We provide comprehensive press relations management for your band, with a strategic focus on media outlets in the regions where you will be touring. Our team ensures that key publications are informed of your tour dates and locations, enabling coverage in relevant news sections and reaching dedicated Metal Rock audiences.

In addition, we coordinate and schedule interviews to enhance the band’s visibility and media presence. We also support promotion across social media by sharing music video links and the artwork from your latest release, helping to generate wider audience engagement.

To further amplify reach, we target active and influential metal rock fans—particularly those who regularly attend concerts and festivals—through direct email outreach and curated campaigns across our Facebook and Instagram channels.

Our Services Include:

Press Distribution: Sending promos to secure reviews and features.

Artist Interviews: Coordinating media opportunities to increase visibility.

Social Media Coverage: Full promotion of your band’s releases, music videos, and news across Imperative Music’s official channels.

Throughout the campaign, the artist will receive regular updates including review reports, publication links, and radio airplay tracking.

5)Monthly Cooperation:

After the initial 90-day period (or 30 business days), we offer continuity through our monthly follow-up service.

This option includes sharing BAND's content on social media, as well as access to our media contact database, which is updated monthly. We act as a bridge between you and the media to facilitate news, and possible future reviews and interviews.

The monthly fee is US$109 or €93, payable on the 1st or 10th of each month.

Guarantee: Please provide your details so we can include them in a formal agreement with Imperative Music Agency for signature by both parties. All payments are handled securely, and we are committed to delivering a professional, transparent, and reliable service.

Imperative Music Agency provides professional mediation services to secure record deal and licensing deals across Japan, U.S., and Europe.

Imperative Music agency leverages direct relationships with premier industry labels—including Century Media, Nuclear Blast, Reigning Phoenix Music, Metal Blade, Napalm Records, Frontiers, SPV, AFM Records and other labels.

Communication with Record Labels and Agreements:
Total Transparency: All proposals and agreements drafts received from record labels will be forwarded in full to the band for evaluation.

Scope of Services

For a fixed term of 90 days.

Our services include:

Direct Submission: Distributing your EPK directly to Label Managers and A&R executives.

Negotiation: Managing initial outreach and deal terms to ensure professional alignment.

Transparent Reporting: Forwarding all label feedback and formal proposals directly to the artist for evaluation.
