Imperative Music Agency provides professional mediation services to secure record deal and licensing deals for established artists across Japan, the United States, and Europe.

Our agency leverages direct relationships with premier industry labels—including Century Media, Nuclear Blast, Reigning Phoenix Music, Metal Blade, Napalm Records, Frontiers, SPV, AFM Records and other labels.

Communication with Record Labels and Agreements:
Total Transparency: All proposals and agreements drafts received from record labels will be forwarded in full to the band for evaluation.

Scope of Services:

For a fixed term of 90 days.

Our services include:

Direct Submission: Distributing your EPK directly to Label Managers and A&R executives.

Negotiation: Managing initial outreach and deal terms to ensure professional alignment.

Transparent Reporting: Forwarding all label feedback and formal proposals directly to the artist for evaluation.

Service Fee:

The fee for this 90-day representation period is

($310 USD – American bands)

(€264 EUR – European bands).

One-time fee.

Submission Requirements:

To initiate the representation process, please provide the following assets via WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive:

Audio: Full album, Demo or EP in high-quality MP3 format.

Visual Assets: Two high-resolution press photos and album cover art (if available).

Info: EPK, Biography (Word), YouTube channel link, and Spotify/Bandcamp profiles.

Technical Credits: Details regarding the producer, mastering studio, artwork designer, and guest musicians.

Market Strategy: A summary of future plans (tours, music videos, and key selling points).

Strategically, we will notify active and influential metal rock fans who attend gigs and festivals via email or by our Facebook and Instagram accounts to spread the word.

Imperative Music Agency maintains a robust network of media outlets across South America, including print, digital, and radio broadcasting.

Regions covered: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Cuba, and more.

Our Services Include:

Press Distribution: Sending promos to secure reviews and features.

Artist Interviews: Coordinating media opportunities to increase visibility.

Social Media Coverage: Full promotion of your band’s releases, music videos, and news across Imperative Music’s official channels.

Throughout the campaign, the artist will receive regular updates including review reports, publication links, and radio airplay tracking.

Investment: €150 / $175 USD.

5)Monthly Cooperation:

After the initial 90-day period (or 30 business days), we offer continuity through our monthly follow-up service.

This option includes sharing BAND's content on social media, as well as access to our media contact database, which is updated monthly. We act as a bridge between you and the media to facilitate news, and possible future reviews and interviews.

The monthly fee is US$109 or €93, payable on the 1st or 10th of each month.

Guarantee: Send us your information so we can include it in the agreement with Imperative Music Agency and both parties can sign it. This sampler DVD will feature Death/Black/Thrash/Heavy Metal and Melodic bands from different countries.

In collaboration with North American powerhouse Reigning Phoenix Music, Death metal legends DEICIDE have officially secured their place on Imperative Music Compilation DVD – Volume 21.

Your band will participate with either one music video or one lyric video, plus one song in MP3 format. We need the files (music videos) in 720p (HD): Recommended ~5,000 kbps (5 Mbps).
